Thats custom. It was built by a company in Michigan.

There was never a crew cab Dodge Ram build since 1993, and they were re-introduced in 2009.

Not sure on the custom job or not, but the truck in that picture is a 2nd gen. Look at the headlights, definitely 2nd gen.

ya its def not a 3rd gen. Easy to spot the differences on the doors and fender, let alone the obviously 2nd gen headlight like jason mentioned

How do you not believe that that truck is not a 2nd gen? You must be blind!

That's stock, had to be some special order rig because those bodylines on the 2nd gen are way too perfect to be custom. Bodywork is one of my passion's and any builder would have shaved off those bodylines due to the imperfections that cab extention's would cause, The only way that those bodylines can be that perfect is if it was built in a hotrod/fab shop and theres no way they woulda spent that much money having it done on a work truck to let it rust pit that bad, hell rust at all for that matter.

It could possibly be a Cuban/mexican model, just like the nissan hardbody in cuba has a crew cab option which wasnt offered in america when nissan was pushing out the 90's/late 80s hardbodies. When the frontier's took over they stopped doing it all togeather

Ive seen one somewhat like it at a local sporting goods store.

It was a 2nd gen 1500 with 4 doors and a extended cab, basically like a mega cab.
It seemed to have all stock suspension to what i could see and sat at stock height. It had a window sticker that said it was done in a frame shop i dont remember where though.

Ive also seen a 2002-2004 superduty with 6 doors and a 8 foot box that was customized in 2 shops both in canada.

Really i dont see the reason for the trucks, by the time they fit 6 doors and a 8 foot box you would probably drag fram when going over a curb.

And if you needed the room then it would be way easier to get a mini van and lift it with tires.

The back doors are similar but not identical. The 2nd gen has two lines vs the third gens single line and the 2nd gen has two pieces fo glass in the back.

It would be harder to swap a 2nd gen front onto a 3rd gen cab then just making the second gen a crew cab. 2nd and 3rd gen have no idetical body panels. Also the front doors on that cab are definetely 2nd gen.
