Default super44 on a 318

hey mav, nice truck ya got. I also drive a 2001 5.2L 5-speed, except mine is 4x4, but I just put fresh 265's on it, and there's plenty of room with no lift. Not sure if that's different for the 2WD, but I wouldn't imagine it being a problem. Also, couple months ago I had a super 44 2.5inch single in/out muffler put on it. Definitely wakens up the stock 318.

+1 on the treadwright retreads. Cheap, good traction, balanced well.
treadwright.com (no, i dont work there :P)

Check out my (not the greatest) youtube video of the super 44 on the 318.
Check your speaker volume first :P

Hope this helps in your decision. So far I'm satisfied with the muffler. Think a high-flow cat (to keep it legal) and some headers will really open 'er up.

Yeah thats why they put the 245s stock on the 4x4 instead of my training wheels. But still shouldn't rub too bad and the daystar level kits only 50$ if they do.
