Mav we've got chargers too but their rwd aswell so your Golden haha! Even their tahoe's are 2wd. Helps to be friends with a local cop.

Around here we are allowed to be on the roads but, not sure about doing donuts on private property. I would imagine they'd stop by and ask what you're doing.
But if a bad blizzard hits and they essentially can't keep roads open they tell you that it's illegal to actually be on the road. In those cases a lot of emergency personnel also can't get to work. In those cases the Denver Office of Emergency Management (OEM)(and Homeland Security) activates F.E.A.T. (Four-wheel Emergency Assistance Team). Then you get to be out in it driving emergency personnel (Dr, nurse, police, firefighter, etc) to work. You should see if you have something like that in your area(s).
