put the extra pipe on just one end to minimize joints and clamps.
clamping is fine.

Yeah can i just buy like a foot and a half of pipe from any auto store and cut it down to size?

Haha I changed a fender on my truck and ever since all I want to do is upgrade. Should probably get around to painting that fender.....
