Among other problems, all of the sudden my dash guages stopped working. Checked fuse and grounds and all seem fine. There is power going to them, the needles will move about an eighth of an inch then stop. Lights work but needles wont go any further. The odometer reads no bus. It also flashes 4 times when I replace the fuse. Any and all help is appreciated.

 

Sounds like a computer issue to me.

 

Its either a cluster issue or a computer issue, IMO. Looks like a trip to a salvage yard may be in order. Grab a cluster first, put that in. If it has the same issue, you know that wasn't it, and you need to look at the PCM.
