Default Leaking valve seal picture

So is this not that big of a deal yet? Should i not worry about it for now, or is it easy to replace yourself, i know about getting and adapter and using compressed air to keep the valve from falling down or using coiled up rope trick, i never tore anything apart like this, nor have the valve spring tool, gonna be spendy at the shop?, Also is this the reason for when i had a misfire on cylinder 6?

Dumb question, but is that cylinder #6? The misfire also could have made that mess. Take that picture again, but try and make it a little clearer.

I don't think a leaky seal on the exhaust will cause a missfire, but on the intake possibley.
