They would probably look ok on a white or silver truck.

They can be painted... And besides... My truck is going to be painted black anyhow....

then i would get blacked out lights. you just cannt beat the look of a totally black ride.

and just so you know i have chrome tails and 3rd brake light. but my truck is silver.click on my picture below and you can see mine.

Not my kinda look. But, tinted would look awesome. You can get the niteshades spray tint and tint them if you wanted..

If you do that, Be sure to wet sand in between coats, And my dad has a set of tail lights for his mustang. There blacked out, The guy said he puts like 5 coats of a black/clear mix, I dont know the mix but its a thought. make them BLACK. dont go smoked. Its black or nothing. Test and remember how many coats you put on one side so you can do the same to the other side.

i want some of those but in red...... the original type L.E.D's look better in my opinion and i'm going to paint my ride black as well....

Yeah, the red lights look much better. Plus you can see them better (IMO). Have you ever been behind a truck with the all-clear L.E.D. tail lights? Its a lot harder to notice them, with a red lense you can focus on the lights better.
