ok, so i got the damned diff's out. Apparently there's a trick to it and it's very simple (for a 9.25" axle): ther are NO shims that center the diff casing but there's like a 3" dish with thread on both sides to adjust the diff. Next to the main opening of the pumpkin you will find a peeping hole on each side of it and with a screwdriver you kan turn those dishes counterclockwise to loosen the diff. Once you've done that the diff almost falls out. It took me one and a half day to figure this out on the first one and about 2 minutes to take out the second one...

The downside of it is that you have to recalibrate the whole differential, witch isn't very easy, but i'll get there.

Do not try to pry out the diff if you havent loosen the dishes, you will destroy them (what i did) and it's hell to get them out without damaging the threads in the axle. I found a great article on how to adjust you differential:
http://www.differentials.com/install.html

I hope i can help somebody with my experiences.
