I purchased a single stock coil for the driver's side back when I had a lean I was trying to fix.

It didn't help or hurt at all... the brand new dealership-purchased coil brought the truck up the same height as the "old" coil. The leaf springs age faster and sag more over time than the front coils. My driver's side lean was a sagging leaf spring, which I replaced and now everything's dandy.

LMC Truck offers new "stock" coils for both 1500's and 2500's. Sorry I don't have my catalog handy for a price quote. They sell new rear leaf packs too.

Dakota, make up your mind lift it, lower it, or leave it, but seriously I dont think it would be worth spending the money on a new stock set of coils maybe some 2 inch drop coils would be nice
