I was just giving ya a hard time about the dirty truck

Fitch Fuel Catalyst eh? I have heard about that before a most of it was guaranteeing impossible fuel mileage results. But even with a more realistic 2 MPG's increase makes it worth it in my opinion.

I would not go out and spend 280 dollars on a fitch just for fuel mileage. But more for performance. I fill up with valero gas and it is pretty cheap for a quality gas (largest oil refiner in america). it does not have the additives, but i get lucas oil cylinder lube gas treatment and squirt in a few ounces at every fillup.

but yeah, I knew you were kidding. I noticed the plastic wheel wells and was like "crap, someone will say something."

if you live in snowy areas, i would take off the black moulding. it collects water and when it freezes it gets thru the paint and it will cause rust. So i will probably take it off when i move back to the northeast. it is outside kept in Arkansas. I get nervous every time there is a hail warning. My wife keeps the yukon in the garage.

are you saying that because you remember my 1996 catching fire?!?!?!

It caused the fire, because when i was disconnecting the fuiel line from the fuel rail, i dumped gas everywhere, and it soaked into the LEAVES and DIRT that was in my engine compartment between the intake and heads. Then i drive it and it started a fire.

All i needed was a new wiring harness.

YOu need to use teflon tape when connecting the lines. Otherwise it will leak.

Black molding? I have some type of liner sprayed around the lower portions of my truck... basically to cover up the rust that was there. I didn't have the cash for doing it right... maybe some day.

But I do agree, this liner stuff is not the answer.

Ah, I was talking about the black plastic piece that you can see go from wheel to wheel in my truck picture.

I almost herculined my OLD truck like you have yours. I love that look. Go back to the pic of my truck and you will know what I am talking about. I really need to resize my pic and put it in my sig. Well, at least i know what to do for tomorrow.
