Default think my Heater core just crapped out

Went for a drive tonght, and i think my heater core shat the bed...When i shut off my truck the windows fog up very quickly, the is some moisture on pass. floor, but it was only one squirt...and when i turn the wheel it sounds like waters dumping onto the fan, and it will come out of it...but when i turn the wheel again, the water on fan sound happens again...

Now I knowthe common problems for heater core are the windows fogging, an moisture on pass. floor, but i wanted to varify because my heat still works great, and theres very little moisture on the floor...any help would be great...thanks.

If there's fogging and dripping, it's the heater core. The water on fan thing could be from the heater hose on the water pump being ripped or something. Maybe you have a clogged core, and the pressure built up and busted the hose. Maybe it only leaks on the fan because the power steering is being used and putting stress on the water pump because the stress on the belt or something.

I hope all this makes SOME sense..

Yeah, start with that flush. Do it several times. Check your hoses too.

There's another one right next to the driver's side valve cover, it's also connected to the waterpump.

Actually, there's one next to both valve covers. The passenger side one connects to the intake manifold.

Yeah, do that before you even bother flushing it.
