1994 Ram 1500

Will the body of this truck swap over on to my D200 frame easily? how is the length and width.

Will the 1/2 ton mast brake cylinder work with 3/4 ton calipers?

 

You're going backwards! Put the '66 body on the '94 frame.


It will fit...with fabrication.

 

If the body was good on the D 200 I wouldn't need to change it. i like the old style far better. The 1500 with the five speed even in first gear wants to role down the hill when parked without the parking brake on. I miss the granny in my D 200. plus it's 3/4 with factory overload with a slant 6 in it. Love the old sixes! Do you that the old style bell housings have all the bolt paterns of all the engines on them. And that there is four mounts instead of three for the engine tranny combo.

So say that I wanted to change to 3/4 ton on the front end are there any parts that are used by both 3/4 and 1/2 ton? Like upper lower control arms sway bar ect.
