If you get the right air cleaner, you wont need that. I have an Edelbrock with a stamped bottom and it doesnt hit the throttle body.

Dang. Don't have a bench vice. Gonna have to plan for that. Was hoping for a plug and play situation.

its simple. i bent mine with a wrench... and after that, you got to cut it 4 1/2 inches if you have a stock throttle body. other than that it is pretty much plug and play....

vise? Nah....1x6 (that's like a 2x4 only not ) 4 screws and a tape measure. 1/4" all thread is pretty easy to bend.

2 screws little more than 1/4" apart, insert all thread, measure up to your first bend, insert screw (I used what was on hand, 1" sheetrock screws), bend. This is for the 1" offset. Measure and insert 4th screw. Bend. Cut both ends if you need to, till your S-bolt is correct length. Install 14x3 air hat and your good to go.

or grab some pliers. But you won't need a vise.

LOL....thanks guys. I was going to use big pliers and the edge of the driveway, but the screws and board idea sound great!! I will go look up the measurements for the bolt in the FAQ section.
