power probs 2000 5.9 ram 1500

hey anyone have any idea why my 2000 dodge is falling on its face has no power when i put it to the floor already put new high flow cat it has no service engine light.. could it be the fuel filter??need help asap please email or comment on here thanks emails jeremy.desrochers@gmail.com
