ac pump making funny noises

Default ac pump making funny noises

hi guys , my trucks just started making funny noises every so many seconds the ac pump clicks and makes a funny noises then stops for a minute or so but the problem stops when when the fan is switched off.have any of you had problems like this before.should the air con work on all fan settings?

go to a service shop and let them measure the pressure of the r134 gas, chances are that you have a leak and you're out of gas in the a/c system. The blower motor switch has 2 sides you can turn, left is with a/c and right without. Also if the vents are in the "defog" position, the a/c automaticly switches on, try to avoid this.

+1 That happens when you have low pressure, or now gas at all.
