Bully Dog Watchdog? Good idea or Bad?

I have a 97 ram 1500 and I want to be able to monitor everything this looks like the best way has anyone done this yet or thought about it. I have oversize tires and I have lots of mods on my 5.9 liter. Good Idea or Bad? http://www.truckcustomizers.com/prod...y-monitor.html
