brake question

Default brake question

heres my deal. my brakes were shot after my truck sitting for a year. i ordered bendix select semi loaded calipers. one of the housings for the calipers is larger than the other.. here is a link to what i got http://www.bendixcatalog.com/PartDet...b=B&pn=SL55865.

does this look right to you? i didnt pull the tires off to look, i just kinda crawled under there and it doesnt look right to me

They look good to me,according to there chart they will work on your truck.

the housing for the ones that are on my truck right now are identical and dont look like that. one of the calipers that i got look identical to the ones on my truck. where they mount to the truck the bolts are 6 inches apart and the one in the link that i posted are 9 inches apart.

So what you are saying is you got two different calipers? If so they sent you 1 good one that fits and 1 bad that does not.

thats what it sounds like to me. but even their website has a picture of the housing saying that its the one.
