taking out motor of a 96 1500 standard any trick?

Default taking out motor of a 96 1500 standard any trick?

96 dodge 1500 reg cab short box 318 5 speed motor doesnt want to come out any tricks or anyone know why it wont come out

still stuck to the trans?..all the bolts out?.. sum times you got to hit the the bell to break it free

ya i took out 6 bolts and it wont seperate

there is studs between engine and tranny keep shaking up and down or back fourth it will eventually come apart i just did mine was a pia i took out the two as one and broke apart out of truck

Did you get the 2 there are on the engine side, 1 is hidden behind the oil filter. I found it easier to remove the oil filter to get to it.
The other is on the oppisite side much easier to get to.
