Default 408 Stroker time

I have finally gotten the go ahead from the wife to do whatever to my truck. Im going to start building my 408 stroker. Problem is there are so many different options that it is still a little confusing, some want to go fast others want towing capabilities. I just want good low end power and decent power throughout the powerband, i dont race or tow. just want some power if I need it. I live in North Georgia and there are few engine builders around here but they dont seem to knowlegeable on what I need to do. So im asking for your input and im going to make a list then when I start building I will Do a complete DIY for yall. Thanks alot for any info.

Cast 4" crank, reuse stock rods, hypereutechnic (spelling) pistons, iron heads (probably EQ's), milder cam, lower compression, modified kegger. This is my future plan for my truck but I do tow so you may be able to go a little hotter. What I listed is around 1K more than a performance 360 rebuild.

i found a set of
Dodge 360 Flat Top Hypereutectic Pistons+Rings 9.1:1
on ebay for 129.00 set of 8 with rings with 4 reliefs. sounds like a pretty good deal, they are made by speed pro. im going to try to find some 10:1 compression but right now these look like the way i may go.
any thoughts on these

They are not stroker pistons, they say 3.578 stroke not 4.00. They may also be LA pistons not Magnum pistons.
