Did the ride get real harsh when you put the 2inch spacer in to lift the front of the truck.

it shouldnt have changed in my opinion... same spring, same shock... the ride will change if you swap either

Have no personal experience with this but theoretically Steve00ram360 is right. You aren't changeing any aspect of the suspension whatsoever, you are simply moving the spring down 2 inches. The only reason I can see for the ride to change is the increased shock travel required and if you are that concerned about ride a. you should be driving an IFS or b. change the shocks too, they aren't that expensive.

another thing to mention... if you lift your truck, I would expect your tracbar to go bad faster... that's my experience anyway... when I lifted my truck I put on a new tracbar and it lasted about 20k miles... 2.5" front lift 2" rear...

I feel no difference in the ride at all. Rides just as good as before and I put on a 2" leveling kit.

no the tracbar attaches to the frame rail and to the axle. there are a few alternatives to the stock one which doesnt last too long after a lift IMO. checkout this link... tracbar to see what one of the modified ones look like... I have this one but there are a couple of other solutions out there.

Mine went on top of the spring. It actually replaces the bracket with the three bolts that holds on the shock tower down.
