Default PCM Reset tricks

Ok was bored and thinking today...Yeah not a good idea but I know that when you reset the pcm after doing work on your truck everyone seems to have a different way to start off driving.

Some people say let it run for 10 minutes at an idle then take it for an easy drive others say run it at a high idle before taking it for a drive. And run it easy for first 100 miles

Then I have heard some say get in it and take it ***** to the wall for the first 100 miles

Just wondering which would be the best to get the most power or most mpgs and if this will have any noticeable differences on performance

Or maybe Im just dreaming

I drive it too and thats why I want to get the most out of it, some ghetto looking guy like 22ish was in like a Rav-4 and I was just driving along and then he started revving up his engine so I got into the gas and he held with me until about 80 until I started to pull on him, he gave up at 90 and honked off.

But I thought for a sec I was going to lose, and just trying to find out if there is anyway to try and fool the learning process after first reseting the PCM.

You gotta realize man these trucks got ***** but they'er heavy as hell, i had a 360 in my durango and i'd smoke any 4bangers that i sat next to. But they dont have hardly any power off the line, they usually peak at around 70-100 thats where i noticed a better powe range.

Plus you dont know what that Rav-4 had done, could have been slightly modded also.

Off the line would have been easy, plus if I didnt have the overdrive on I think I could have done better, I was doing 55 when he pulled up next to me.
I won but not by much, wish I was driving my brothers truck, all i know is his girlfriend wasnt very happy, but neither was I
