I have 97 1/2 ton Ram and the heat and AC air only blows primarily from the floor vents. There is a little air coming out of the defroster and dash vents, but 90% of the air is coming from the floor. This happens regardless of where I put the selector. Based on some posts that I've read, I've check the vacuum lines under the hood and they seem to be OK. What I'd really like to do is force all the air to come from the dash. Is there a way I can rig it to that without tearing the dash apart?

 

why dont you try tosolve the problem rather than mask it? check for any vacuum leaks under your dash also. primarily on drivers side and center
