Alright so I've got a puzzler for all you dodge guys and gals. 60% of the time I turn on my truck the radio time jumps ahead an hour, not the minutes, just the hour. So if I sit there and turn my truck on and off I can advance time by an hour 60% of the time. This is sort of annoying as one could imagine. Even if I reset the time settings with a pen it will still jump ahead an hour.

I know what you are all saying and I've already checked the flux capacitor and time circuits, so thats not it. I just want my radio to say the correct time, haha.
