my engine recently went kapoop and im lookin for an engine to replace it....like alot of people i dont have alot of money...i was wonderin what engines would fit in my dodge besides the obvious and where i could find one at a very reasonable price..thanks in advance for any help

 

do yourself a favor and replace it with the same engine. otherwise you have to swap wiring and computers and ****.

1998 dodge ram 1500 5.2L 318 engine at an reasonable price

 

Look around on the internet, craig's list or you can go to the bone yard if you wanna build it.

 

real just look for a 94-01 5.2 and just swap the kegger(keep the one from your 98 and put on the new)
