+1 on dakotas ram

 

i DID do an egr delete when i did my plenum, but ive only gotten a CEL 3 times in 7K, and for the past 3 days its been going on every time i drive basically.

I have a feeling its the 02 sensor, and evap leak....i just want to find out, because i want to know if it has anything to do with my tranny. Im very nervous with my tranny even though it has 22K on it, but after all the threads ive seen here, it makes me take EXTRA precautions.



And thanks a bunch for the key dance info. Will try when i leave again...i cant just run down for i have my 8 month old with me while wifey is at work.

 

alright did the key trick....thanks it worked.

I got codes:

12- Battery recently disconnected
32- EGR gases not working / check vacuum, valve


thats it, so i take it its nothing to worry about...i did it 4 times and got the same codes every time....as well as 55, but that says end of codes.

 

the key trick still don't work for me....

 

lets i us have it it the only good thing about OBD1..lol

 

wait i just relize that code 32 had 3 different problems...and none of them involve my year?

 

check you haynes manual if you haven't already....there's a bunch more codes in there....i would check mine for you, but it's 10:30 PM here and don't want to put my pants back on and walk out to Maroon

 

i have the same problem but the key dance didn't work for me.....

 

lol mines in the truck too, and i live on third floor......

 

screw that...least tomorrow's a saturday and if your not like me you won't have to work...giving you time to check it out...
