need help on RIM size

Question need help on RIM size
Hey guys ,I just found a great deal on some rims ,and was wondering if they will fit
I have the stock 16" stealies now, these ones are 15" ,15x8 with 4 1/2" back spacing 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern, 4 1/4" center hole.
They should fit fine ...right?
they are such a great price dont want to pass on them lol

i had 15s on my 95, not sure of the bs....shouldnt be a prob tho
