Dim lights on my 2000 Ram 2500 no longer work and I had to drive 80 miles holding the lever on just so the bright lights would remain on and I could see to drive home. Anyone have this problem before? What is wrong with my truck and what can I expect to pay to have it fixed? Thank you for your replies in advance.

why didnt you just wedge the lever with something to hold it on?
