Started the truck up and heard a weird noise under the hood. Well my PCV valve is on the driver side on my 01 and stuck my hand on the hose and valve and it was rattling really loud and thought WTF? i just replaced this not that long ago, few months ago, so i remebered i saved the original from day 1 that still had the chrysler emblem on it,( because i save most everything for just incase) switched it out and bingo no more noise. I'm gonna go to the dealer and buy a couple next week to have on hand. I thought i could get away with fram for thier PCV valve and air filters but im not even gonna use those anymore. SO NO MORE fram pcv valve , airfilters, tranny filters, If i knew thier Oil filters suck *** so much why the hell did i get the above mentioned filters.

 

Cause you had a brain fart.. happens to the best of us, just some more than others

 

There air filters are great products. But there oil filters are ****. This is a fact..I do trust there air filter 100% And will always use them. And I live in a very very dusty area.. Thank god it rained yesterday. It was very dry here!

Oh BTW, Correct me if im wrong. I thought the PCV valve was suposed to rattle...And if it didnt rattle it was bad.
