I am almost sure that the hinges just come off the front of the window and are screwed to the front edge of the rear doors... I remember looking at them before on mine but never paid a lot of attention at how to get them off, although I am fairly sure that is all that holds them after you remove the latch.

I got the latch off the one at the rear of the window I can't get it off from the right by the drivers door. Is there something behind the weather strip to take off?

Sorry, I tried to find out in my Chiltons book but it says that all fixed windows should only be removed/replaced by professionals so it gives no directions on the replacement of any of our windows but the front driver/passenger.

per the pdf manual found in the DIY section...and Chilton SUCKS!

(1) Remove cargo door trim panel (Refer to 23 -
BODY/DOOR - CARGO/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL).
(2) Remove the screws attaching the latch to the
cargo door (Fig. 19).
(3) Remove the bolts attaching the vent glass to
the cargo door (Fig. 20).
(4) Remove the glass from the door.
(5) If necessary, remove the latch from the glass.
