Default tire question????????

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit and i was wondering if i could fit 315-70-17 on a 17x9 rim??? i got 285s on it now and got plenty of room left if anyone has them or has had them i would like know thanks

It will scrub on a full turn.

before you get 35's make sure you have good brakes, bigger gears (or you truck will be a snail) and you should probably lift the back. i mean it will fit but if you plan on any offroading and want them to perform well you gotta lift her up. and it also depends on your backspacing on if they may rub more or less. and you can always trim the fenderwell

hey yak, do you think a 305/70R16 on a 16x8 with scrub? theyre AR outlaw II's

well i dont plan on off roading and its got a 360!
35s couldnt slow it down that much i wouldnt think!
But anyways where would they rub at if they did?

Eh im on 295/75/R17's and mine rubbed a tiny bit when i took my body kit out but i just took a torch and melted the blastic wheel wells back 1/4 of an inch.

So to answer both of your questions hopfully lol they scrubbed on the wheelwell but i'v also hear of them scrubbing on some of the front suspenion.
