Question Transmission Shifting Problem

I have a 2001 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 with a 360. When I take off it shifts really rough and if i let of the pedal it makes a very loud clank noise when shifting into third. It is a rebuilt transmission and does fine going into fourth gear. I dont know if it needs another transmission or if it is a solenoid or sensor. Please help!!!

Could be the sunshell and the direct drum clanging together.

I think the hard shifting is causing the noise. Might want to check your tv cable and clean your governor solenoid.
