Average craigslist set of 2nd gen rims go for $100. Thats what I scored mine for, and when looking through you can always find 2nd gen sets for 100.

I don't know, I would have to take off the plastic wheel well above the tire to get a better look. I can't recall if I can see the dent from under the truck or not.
