you need to find a way to get somethin in there to break up the honeycomb stuff small enough for it to come out. On mine, the previous owner cut the side of it open and welded it back up after it was emptied, but if you can get the exhaust apart behind the cat, use a long punch or similiar tool to break it up, then start er up and blow it all out... once you start gettin it broke up its pretty easy usually...

look in the DIY section at the top of the page.... it basically just moves the post-cat O2 sensor out of the direct path of the exhaust, to prevent a check engine light that you will get with a hollow cat
