Question Tire and Wheel Questions

I'm looking to replace the generic tire/wheels on my 98 2500 4x4.

Wheels I'm looking at:
* Rock Crawler Series 52 Gloss Black Powder Wheel
* 16x10, 8 on 6.5 Bolt Pattern
* Backspace = 4 in.
* Max Load = 2000 lbs
* Finish = Gloss Black Powder Coat
* Center Caps sold separately.

Tire Options:
- 35/12.50-16LT, TSL/Thornbird

So here is my question. With the Hell Bent Steel leveling kit, will I be able to fit 35's or should I go with 33's? Also is 16x10 with 4" backspacing the correct wheel choice?

I looked at the FAQ's and I didn't see answers to the above.

Thanks!

with a 2.5" leveling kit you can "fit" 35's, but probably not the best choice if you want to use them. and they will probably rub when you turn

So 16x10 Wheels with 33x12.5 tires is the best choice given that the truck offroad's regularly?
