Thank you! I plan on mounting my switches for my off road lights.. but then I hit a deer (deer splitter thread) and I lost my lights... I will be replace those sometime this fall and redoing my console to include my switches.. some 12 volt plugs.. some cup holders... and an air gauge for my air tank that runs my new fire truck air horn! But I love this concole because any one can build it and can add/customize it how ever they like! gauge clusters. aux switches.. CD holder.. options are endless... one could even build in a "secret cubby hole"

It really is a great mod because of that reason "anyone can built it". I plan on doing one eventually but first I need to finish a few other things before I'll put time into making one of those.

Yes I agree, the console is very useful and you can make it your own. I also plan to build one myself, except I'm ripping out the middle console/seat and I'm gonna make a whole entire new console -custom. Great job, I'm sure you inspired some others to build one too. Did you upholster yourself? THe fit and finish is really fantastic, the colors match up great!

Yes They are. Moe's sells them http://moesperformance.com/index.php...oducts_id=9188. I got mine used for $200. I was determined not to use them ugly stock tanks though. You have to make your own brackets cause they are made for 3rd Gens but its not that hard really. The ones I have are the older style, they don't have the low washer fluid sensor port. The stock washer pump fits fine though and doesn't leak

Thank you! I did everything on it, even the upholstery. After I had the shell made, I sprayed it with glue and added 1/4" padding. The waited 4 hours and sprayed it with glue again and began to strech my vinal... I was going to get gray.. but I couldn't find any that matched my truck.. so I went with black... the upholstery was the hardest part... my hand got very tired from all the pulling and stretch... do yourself a favor and get a cheap "brad/staple" gun that runs on compressed air.. much easier!
