Headlight/Brights Indicator
I have owned my 97 Ram 1500 since last august, but bought it as a project truck. Only drove it home, and that was in daylight...
Tonight I decided to try the high beams (I need lights real bad in my garage!
) and I noticed I don't see a brights indicator. And I have no idea where it is on the dash!
Can someone save me from tearing the whole dash apart?
(Changed title to reflect what I have founed)

So after I take apart the dash, find the spot where the brights indicator is, I find that the bulb is in working order...
AAARRRRRGGGGGGG!!!!!
So I come back in and start looking on the net for the reason its not working. I find nothing, and give up for the night on that topic....
I move on to my daytime running lights module (Canadian Truck). I found a local guy parting out a 1995, and google search compatibility between years of modules. What I find is an article on another forum about how to jumper the plug on the module for the brights indicator to work...

So I try it...
DON'T WORK!!!!!
Now what??? This indicator needs to work for inspection, and so do the daytime running lights... I guess its hope buddy comes through with the module, or its off to the "stealership". And on a side note, I been looking at every 2nd gen truck I see rolling around, and of the many many I see, I have only spotted 2 with the DRL's working.
Gonna search here to see what I can find. Ideas?
