Default Quick question about Long Beds

I have a full one piece bed liner that covers my rails, with no stake pocket holes. I planned on cutting out the holes to make some racks. My question is, does the long bed have 2 or 3 holes per rail?

You have three per side. It's right around 2"x3". I have hide a hooks in so I can't get an exact measurement but it's quite close. You can always trim down if it's over.
