Default Suspension HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My truck is a 95, 4x4... When im driving down the road and hit a bump my wheel starts to wobble both front wheels depending on where i hit the bump at. looks and feels like wheel is about to fall off, if im going around 35 to 45 mph when it happens all i have to do is jerk the steering wheel real hard and it will go away if im going fast i damn near have to come to a complete stop for it to go away, and when i say wobble i mean the whole front end just shakes like crazy..
I just added new rancho shocks, and outer tierod end on drivers side, would bad ball joints do this or steering damper, wheel bearings/hub idk i need your help PLEASE

LMAO!! It's a very scary thing and will make your a** pucker up and pinch a couple of holes in your seat when it happens.

Welcome to the Death Wobble! It will only get worse and it's very dangerous. You will need to replace your trac bar and depending on which one you get, you might be replacing it often. We all suggest getting the Moog brand trac bar. It's pricey, but it will last. There are other people running custom trac bars who have great luck with them.

Search for the death wobble and you should come up with some links to the custom ones. BE CAREFUL!

Well the good thing is that the trac bar is fairly easy to change. The thuren trac bar is another popular one.

ANY worn components in the steering/front suspension can cause death wobble, not necessarily or just the track bar. You can have death wobble with a brand new track bar, even.

It's time to find and eliminate every worn component in the front suspension and steering, and to get your caster adjusted to the high end of the spec. It's just the nature of the beast: If you have solid front axles, whether on a Dodge or any other vehicle, death wobble is going to happen if you don't stay ahead of it.
