shackles

Are the shackles the same on two wheel drives and four wheel drives? My buddy snapped his and can't seem to get any from the local shops. at the scrap yard here they only have two wheel drives left with any suspension parts. Btw, he has a dodge ram, 2nd gen.

and also i hear that ford shackles are the same size or very close
