****, tires, or tile.

I had to laugh at the OP...seriously...you got the truck instead of the house and you think you got a better deal. Are you serious? How dumb is that. You're thinking with the wrong brain, sir and I know that. Oh how I know that!
You got the only thing you'll ever own that will never, ever be worth what you paid for it and will never accumulate value unless you keep it pristine (original) until you die.

Take it from someone who's been there...you got JACKED dude! I know you don't see it now, and how do I know this...because I didn't either. I just hope there's no children involved.
The ramen noodle thing was ok too, for about the first six months. You look great, but can't afford to do jack squat. You must make a lot of money to give up 35% so easily. I see a second job in your future.

You seem young enough that there won't be much of a scar. Just the same, come talk to me in 5 years and we'll compare notes.
Good luck, because the worst is yet to come.

Sadly life is full of unnecessarly harsh moments, and divorce is one of 'em (unless your name is Bruce Willis or Demi Mor).
Better to prepare for the worst now that expect sunshine, puffy white clouds and lots of free tail. Those things will come over time.

I never let money stress me. I'm only 30 and I built all that I had on my own and I can and will do it again. 17 years ago I ate from up dumpster no bull****. When you are at that point anything is better. Life is too short. I do ok enough to pay her and get by.

And what? It's your job to see to it that there's always one more?

I just don't see any point to rubbing the guy's nose in it like that. "I had to laugh...", "... how dumb is that...", et cetera was just uncalled for.

I second that, no need to kick a man when he is down, im sure he came here for camaraderie, support and maybe even a laugh.
