Default Cold Idle Fluctuation

Well, I purchased the Ram about a month ago. I've been replacing fluids, and it runs very smooth. It's a 99 V10, 2WD. This last weekend, I started noticing the idle fluctuating when it is cold. It's not a rough idle, it just changes. Like it's hunting for an optimum idle or something. It goes away when it's warmed up. I tried searching for what it might be, and came across this TSB, but it's for the 3.9 size engines.

This describes what my truck is doing. Think this could be it? I also found looking through the forums, that maybe cleaning the IAC might help? I haven't done that yet. Probably this weekend.
