1996 ram 1500 5.2 2WD, just had trans rebuilt, sometimes from a stop it starts off in 2nd gear. What'd the rebuilder miss? not set up right???

 

There is a electrical module that goes bad sometimes, when I rebuilt mine it was replaced twice due to the first one was bad from the start. I don't recall the name of this module but it was replaced when the tranny was rebuilt due to the same problem. It was not everytime, but about every two to three times it wouldn't downshift into first properly.
