What do you all gap your 3923's? I changed mine last week and gapped them at .042 instead of the .040. I know have a slight erractic Idle when sitting at a traffic light. Cleaned the IAC and it still sputters a little and my gas mileage has dropped about one mpg. Other than that the truck runs great. Thoughts?

With upgraded wires, coil & ign box you can go bigger (.010 more). Stock ignition, 01 should be .040.
Installing plugs the gap opening wont always line up right to the intake valve. My Indy came factory with only 3 plugs pointing between 9 & 3 (up). Mine smoothed right out with them indexed so they all pointed towards (roughly) the valves.
If the plugs are indexed the mtr runs smoother & makes more power.
