Default superchips

hey all, so im new here. i just picked up a 95 ram 1500 with the 5.9. from reading this forum i decided to put a CAI on it, then tune the computer, and then an exhaust. however, the superchips website says that it is not compatible with anything older than 1998. has anyone used a superchips on a ram earlier than a 98 or do i need to look at other sources for a tune?
thanks

Welcome to the forum!
dhvaughan is right, MP PCM or B&G flash

About the only other options require a laptop to tune the stocker
Megasquirt (have to assemble it) or an SMT7(not sure if 8 will work tbh) from Perfect Power.

They both allow you to tune alot more than a can tune(MP PCM) will give.
Both are more intended for hard core types
