Default 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD Front End Issue Help!

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD and I replaced all the front ball joints when I got the truck and that was 2yrs ago. Now the inner and outter tie rods are bad and I have to replace those. Should I redo the upper and lower ball joints because it looks like they took some beating because of the tierod ends being bad for about 3 or 4 months. And I also hear a grinding noise when I take off everytime from a stop. It sounds like wheel bearings are going bad in the front. What should I do? Any suggests would be greatly appreciated.
