It looks legit, but those cheaper "Koyo" bearings, I've been told, won't hold up. Timken is the only brand of bearings I'd recommend.

actually koyo-seiko is the leading ball bearing manufacturer in the word and the just bought out the needle bearing division of the Timken company according to the website (so timken and koyo diff bearings are one in the same now) and I asked the guys who rebuilt my rear diff (I went with yukon kit which uses timken bearings I believe) and they said that timken is the best but koyo was right up there as far as quality (last summer)...and these guys specialized in race cars.

BTW I bought my 9.25 yukon master install kit from that ebay seller...good prices and service..

Hell of a deal.

They don't list the gear brand they use.

Looks like Motive gears.

Cha could be Chicago or China. I'd guess China.

beleive it or not
China would actually most likely be better....see thanks to our newer environmental laws many of the hardened or forged steel products like crankshafts for instance, (majority of the worlds crankshafts now come from china) because the 4340 steel required to make them right, cant be made in the usa anymore...china makes good stuff and also crap...just like the usa....examples Ipods are made in china while The malfunctioning gas pedal systems that Toyota got a bad rap for....made in the U.S.A.
and the motive ones are superior in spec to Oem which should be good enough for most of the readers here...
