truck wont start

Default truck wont start

i have a 95 ram 1500 5.2l 5speed drove to store last night shut truck off at store got back in started fine drove home next morning truck wont start turns over but wont fire

so its just sittin there turnin over, and the starter is clickin? check and make sure the wire runninfrom ur dist. cap to ur coil is all connected snug like it should be?just sounds like a loose connection to me. dont make sense to just stop workin like that over night.

Could be fuel pump does it kick on at all? Or does it kick on and stay running? if it does its the presure regulator and you'll need to replace the pump. If it kicks on and shuts off it's primmed and I would look at something with spark

try pressing gas pedal a little to open up the throttle plate. does that help any?
if not, determine whether the problem is lack or fuel or spark or both. a quick test is a shot of starting fluid down the TB.

i think it a lack of spark it has new plugs wires cap and roter and theres power to the coil and the coil ran a different truck to test it

if you have 12volt power to the coil, and the coil worked OK on another truck, then check for spark at the plug itself, and follow it back to the dist cap. maybe the plastic rotor broke?

do you have any check engine light or codes?

roters good just code 12 for bat disconect and 32 for the erg valve
