Default Do I have factory lift?

I'm looking to replace my shocks and I'm not sure what size I need. My truck sits pretty high but I can't find any indication it has a factory lift on it. Here are some pics:

It doesn't look like the coils have spacers or anything. The front shocks sit at around 21" on level ground. Should I be ok ordering shocks for stock height trucks? Thanks.

easy indication is if your leaf springs have a 3 inch spacer under it. The 3 inch spacer is for stock SLT models. if you get into the work models they are 3 inches lower.

BUt if you order shocks for a Ram 1500 SLT/ sport then you will have the right ones

its stock.
you can loosen the bumper bolts and readjust to get rid of those irregular gaps.
