Default t-case shift ****

quick question for the 4X4 guys... I can't find my Haynes manual...how can I get the shift **** off my transfer case shifter? I know I read it in there but I can't remember...

Pop the little cap out of the center (that has the shift pattern on it) and undo the bolt. It has thread locker on it though

Yeah pop the cap out, remove the jamb nut then the **** threads off.

yup there should be a nut under the cap on the top of it. you can pick up the 2001 manual in the FAQ section on here.
