Default Blue smoke while decelerating...

96 Dodge Ram 2500, 360 V8

I got blue smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe while decelerating. I recently did the intake gasket and plenum. I torque squence the intake manifold like it says on FSM. I was told no to really worry about it. I when start and accelerate (sp), there is no blue smoke. I thought about tightening the intake manifold a little more. What do you think is causing the blue smoke?

A stuck PCV valve will do that.
